Site had useful information that helped me find the correct replacement board for my Hayward pool system.
CAUTION! ... CAUTION! ... CAUTION! I would not buy from this online seller again. I purchased two crank wands to raise and lower my outdoor sunscreens over my patio. 22 hours later I received no notice from them that they had shipped my order, and I decided to cancel the order. I sent them a request to cancel the order and an hour later they sent a notice that my order was shipped. However, when I went to the UPS website to see the status of my order, it only stated that a shipping label was printed and the item was still with them (had not been picked up by UPS yet). It's clear that they simply did not want to cancel my order.
It's hard to believe that for a measly $43.00 purchase they are willing to risk the reputation of their business by cheating a customer. Pretty sad and shady. STAY AWAY from these clowns folks, they don't know how to run a business.

I purchased a Kreepy Krauly Kruiser suction side pool cleaner on June 6th. Arrived June 8th. Installed in the pool next day. Turned the pump on. Cleaner makes contact with pool bottom surface, and sticks. Will not walk around the pool. Contacted Pentair, and same thing after setting the pump rpms to 1800, what their tech support said to do. Also removed two of the hose sections, again what tech support said to do. Nothing changed. Cleaner will not move.
I did make note of the contents of the box when I opened it. The plastic wrappers for all of the contents were not in the factory un-broken shape. They had all been opened. Looks like this cleaner had been shipped and returned at least once previously.
I ordered on May 17th, and immediately received an email that they would send tracking info when the pool shipped. June 1st, I called and left a Voice mail and sent an email. The Voice mail was never returned. The email was returned 5 days later and told me my order would take another 6-8 weeks to arrive. I stated that was unacceptable and he gave me a number to call. I called that number and the lady could not find my order. Left another voice mail, it is 3 days later and still no return call. Cancelled the order through my bank today.
This company has disgusting customer service. Multiple emails and voicemails over a week were ALL unanswered. Their recorded phone message says how they've been working 16 hour days, blah, blah, blah.
And how much they appreciate "your business".
With any luck, this company will be out of business and off the web - soon.
This business is amazing. They have all the supplies you want at the lowest prices. I will definitely buy again.
Pool supply did a good job. Item was shipped and delivered via reputable courier in a timely fashion. The problem was with the actual item ( pool heat pump-electric) did not work after it was installed. Try to complete the online warranty which was to be for a year only got 3 months. Called and got warranty as proper for a year, however now it was September and pool was closed. So now I'm in limbo to see if a technician will be able to get this working next spring. Who knows? Whether it will work or be covered by the warranty?

I am on the phone now with the credit card company. I was baited by the great price, but when the package arrived, the item was completely different with a model number that does not match. After a week of discussions, they will not refund my money. Their reasoning is that it is the same brand. It’s like buying Ford Mustard, and receiving a Ford Focus at delivery. They feel that I should be happy because they sent me a Ford, so no refund. So now I am responsible for a couple of hundred dollars, and still have to buy the correct part. The credit card company says that it can take a couple of months to resolve.
I can’t speak of poolsupplyunlimited.com initial intentions, but this really feels like a scam.

Don't buy here. I ordered a replacement for a gecko tsc-56. After calling them the told me the tsc-8 10 button is the correct one. I ordered it from the Netherlands. Once received i obviously tried it, and not working. Guess what i needed the 8 button. Called them again to swap it with the 8 button. The answer was No you tried this one so its used. Hello??? Of course i tried it i need yo find out if it works right? But not in their opinion. Its used so no swap, no return

I ordered a $3k slide, and was so excited when I got a shipping confirmation the next day. The slide that arrived was the wrong color as clearly marked on the box. Pool Supply Unlimited blamed the manufacturer. I have called 3 times and emailed once and the only update I ever get is "the vendor processed an order for a replacement slide." Yet I never get a time frame. Also, it took 4 times contacting this company before I even got a "sorry for the inconvenience." I guess when you drop a large amount of money on a product, it counts for nothing. The attitude I get from this company is that I should be grateful I received the slide so quickly, even though it was the wrong one.
LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Company shipped the wrong water slide June 8. Customer service was terrible and couldn’t help me replace the slide. I ended up contacting the manufacturer to ship me a new slide. It’s now almost 3 months later and the company hasn’t gotten the old slide off my yard. They made us load up the old slide which is extremely heavy to put in a box which they never came and got. The boxes got ruined in bad weather. I also injured my knee loading the slide into the box. The company shipped us a new box with no date to pick up and said we have to load the 400 lb slide into the box again. My husband is a disabled vet and I hurt me knee loading the first slide and the company could care less. I would never purchase from company. The service representatives have been unprofessional and unhelpful.
Searched every where and pool supply unlimited had what I needed. Ordering was easy and fast. Had what I needed and BEST price as well!
Quick to take my money but haven't received order. It's been over three weeks. They also will not return phone calls, emails or web tickets. I've left voice messages, called both local and toll free numbers, emailed their sales department several times and put in two web tickets. Their recording says it's because of COVID and how they work "sixteen hour days". SHAME ON THEM for using a pandemic as an excuse for ripping people off.

Very legit business. I know about scams, I had my share. My experience says they are not a scam Comorans. They have also followed up to make sure we were pleased.

The real deal for me. Ordered on line after talking with a sales associate for clarification on some technical questions. Knowledgeable, pleasant employee. Placed the order and everything was exactly as promised or described

Not that I could find. Maybe there's mom and pop stores locally. Not sure depending on location of course. But these guys had everything I needed in one place
